Snail mail to web2.0 using Easypost.ca
EasyPost, a new service launched in Canada, allows users to send Snail Mail to any address as long as it is in Canada.
To use the service you require a valid Canadian Addresss and content for the letter. Letters are posted by the end of each working day. At the moment the service is pretty bare bones. You do not need to sign up for the service as well. Since there is no signup the drawback of the service is that no records are stored which would have been the case if there was a signup that was required. If a wrong address is provided then the mail returns to EasyPost who promise to discard the mail without reading it. The service is free right now and it will be a paid one soon which will have additional features like photo printing, data rich text letters and attaching videos amongst others.

Another service called “Remote Control Mail” also provides a similar service though the service works exactly opposite of what EasyPost does. Remote Control Mail allows you to access your snail mail through your email account.
EasyPost is a good service and a nice idea but other features need to be added to it to get users to use this service.
