Cebase - Web based database
Cebase is a web based database service that allows you to create, manage and share your data. Databases 
usually bring up images of a complex application which intimidates people. This is where Cebase helps as no technical skills required! Initially like other web application, Cebase was in beta but now it is open to all.
Cebase stores data in stored lists or text files. The file structure is such that that the structure is similar to that of a typical database like that of Microsoft Access or any other SQL based database. However it takes away the need for the user to create primary keys, foreign keys and any other low level database object

To start with you have to create an application, then create a new list by entering a list name and defining one or more fields to design your forms or by importing your data. For security issues Cebase also lets you control who has access to your data. CeBase also allows data relationships with other tables, projects and fields. Data could also be grouped according to the criteria provided via a simple Grouping wizard. In a nutshell CeBase is a Web based Database Management System, which could be used to create database applications on the web in a similar way as you are accustomed of creating them on your desktop with Microsoft Access.
