Bebop is web 2.0 service which relates to music. Bebop is the quick and easy way to find gig tickets in the UK and Ireland. On the Bebop website there is a download available for both Mac and Windows (3 and 2 MB respectively) which makes finding of tickets very simple by using the iTunes Music Library. You can also search for music events from your browser by using the search at the top of each page or you can install an extension for Firefox. Bebop is 100% free and it is not necessary to have iTunes installed to run the bebop.
Unfortunately the service is not available for users outside of UK and Ireland. It is mentioned on the website that the service would be available soon for other countries and you can sign up for a notification which would be sent once other countries are included in the database.
Interesting mashups like these have a potential to be big someday.
