Bubbl.us is a tool that can be used to brainstorm and organize idea online. Bubbl.us is a flash and Ajax based application and it is a great tool for sharing ideas with others and it has an option of printing the same once the task is completed. The user interface is easy. You can drag and connect in the interface and for power users there are keyboard shortcuts. Bubbl.us is a project of LKCollab LLC. which has at team of two and is based out of Wisconcin, US.

To start using the service you have to click on the start page. As the application is in flash it takes time for the page to load. Once you are on the next page then you can create a account which is very easy and since Ajax has been used you do not need to navigate to different pages. Once signed up you start working on the first sheet. It can be a bit confusing to start with but there is help available in a drop down menu on the right side. You can change the content of the bubble and once that has been done you can press enter to create a branch for the bubble and you can continue to add bubbles to your diagram. The user can zoom in and zoom out of the document and set the print area of the document. When you have finished the diagram you can name it and save the document.

The application is neat and can be applied to various tasks. Will people pay for such an application, that is questionable but it would be a great addition to already existing groupware available over the Internet. A tutorial or a tour of the product would certainly spark more interest from users. The idea is great and to make it successful the team at LKCollabK will have to educate the users.
