QuestionForm - Powerfull online surveys
I stumbled upon QuestionForm a Portuguese startup is a new web application for creating, publishing and analyzing multi-language online
surveys and forms. Signing up is easy and if you opt for a sub domain is assigned to you which is xxxx.questionform.com. An editor is provided that lets you add different types of elements such as text-field, multiple-choice, single-choice and star-ratings, that you can drag and drop on your survey since Ajax has been used to develop this application. The editor also allows to use elements in a matrix form for different sorts of survey styles. As is the case of with all good interfaces you can also do preview your survey before publishing it. Another feature that is useful is that it has different language support. Themes and redirection of users after the survey has been submitted are features that are available for paid customers.

You can opt to save the survey or publish it. A unique URL is generated for each survey. Mine is http://palimadra.questionform.com/public/Web2.0. There are three publishing options for the surveys. You can either email and invite others to join the survey, can get a direct link with your own user name domain to your survey or can put your survey onto your blog or website by adding a little code snippet to your website or blog.
Each user has their own dashboard that can be used to choose from different options for your survey. On the
Alert-Tab you can either subscribe via RSS to your survey results or you can opt-in to get an email when ever a survey response is made. The statistics tab allows you to view detailed statistics about your survey and on the Response-Tab you can take a look at your survey responses in a detailed view. The tool also allows you to export the data to a csv or an MS Excel file.
The application is still in its beta therefore be ready to deal with bugs but on the whole it is an excellent tool. You can subscribe to the tool as a free service (with feature limitation and the ability to conduct two surveys only) or a paid service.
I would highly recommend testing out this application as it is fast, intuitive and easy to use. I think it is in good hands as the developers are listening to user feedback and soon QuestionFrom would be a powerful tool to use.
